*Signing fee is all inclusive and includes document preparation, printing of both lender and borrower docs if E-docs, presentation, notarizations, and travel fee up to 50 miles round trip. Trip fee for over 50 miles is an additional $35 flat rate. Overnight courier service is available for an additional charge.

NOTE: The loan signing fees listed above are strictly a guideline. I am always willing to work within your budget so don't hesitate to call me for a quote!

*Add $25 for mobile notary travel fee anywhere in San Diego County. No travel fee if signing is done at my office, however, a $10 appointment fee will be added. All office signings are by appointment only.
